  • What time can I Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm however if you require checking in earlier please notify at time of booking as this is not always possible. 

  • What if I arrive late?

    Please let us know your estimated arrival time when booking so we can provide you with any extra information to assist in a late check-in. 

  • Is the parking undercover?

    Yes, every room has undercover parking close to the room.

  • Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    Yes, all rooms at Cascade Motel In Townsville are non-smoking.

  • Is there an onsite restaurant?

    No, However we serve breakfast to the room.

  • Is room service available?

    Yes, for both breakfast.

  • Is wireless internet available?

    Yes, wireless internet is available to all rooms, please see reception for details. 

  • Is there an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a pool BBQ area.

  • Are you close to shops?

    5 minutes by car to CastleTown Shopping Centre or Stockland. There is also a precinct (Night Owl, Newsagent, fast food chains, petrol station, butcher, restaurant, deli ,etc.) which is a relaxing 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive. 

  • Are there other restaurants nearby?

    We are within 2-5 minutes  of a number of restaurants and fast food outlets to name a few- Eagle boys pizza, La Porchetta, Noodle box, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Cibatta , Chinese and Indian, Townsville RSL. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

  • Is Austar available?

    All rooms are fitted with Smart TV’s.

  • Is there a Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received in less than 24 hours will incur the full amount of the first night of the booking. During our busy NRL and V8 Supercar events cancellation policy may differ – please speak with management.

  • Does the booking require a guarantee?

    Credit card details or a cash bond are required to secure the booking.  This is refundable on check out after the room has been inspected. 

  • Is there a gym?

    Motel In Townsville does not have a gym onsite but is a 8 minute walk to Planet Fittness.

  • Is there a pool?

    Yes, we have a pool that is located centrally to all rooms. The pool is available for use between 7am and 9pm.
